1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The seal must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Products damaged due to misuse
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products. If you wish to exchange a product for another fragrance, you must first complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
